Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Officer – Corporate Communications (02 posts)
- Master’s/PG Diploma in Corporate Communication / Mass Communication / Advertising / Journalism (min. 50% marks).
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in corporate house/media/PR/advertising.
2. Officer – ESG (02 posts)
- Graduate in Engineering OR PG in Management/Environmental Sciences (min. 50% marks).
- Certificate in ESG/Climate Risk (CFA, GARP) or GHG Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience (including 1 year in ESG-related compliance/risk assessment).
3. Officer – Infrastructure Group (04 posts)
- B.E./B.Tech with minimum 50% marks (PG preferred).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in procurement, project management/monitoring in civil, power, water, road, railways, or port sectors.
Age Limit (as on 31.08.2025)
- Officer – Corporate Communications: Max. 30 years
- Officer – ESG: Max. 35 years
- Officer – Infrastructure Group: Max. 35 years
Salary
- Minimum CTC: ₹14.32 Lakh per annum (for 1 year relevant experience).
- Pay structure: 80% fixed + 20% variable (performance-based).
- Contract: 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance.
