Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Divisional Officers Course / Fire Prevention Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
OR - B.E./B.Tech (Fire/Fire & Safety) or B.Sc. (Fire/Fire & Safety) from a recognized University.
Experience
- 7 years’ service experience in Fire Brigade, with at least 3 years in a post equivalent to Station Officer/Assistant Divisional Officer in Govt./Local Body/PSU/Corporation/Limited Company.

- Basic computer knowledge (as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules).
- Physical & medical standards (see Appendix in notification).
- Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi is mandatory.
