Eligibility – Education Qualification & Experience

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from a recognized University OR an equivalent qualification recognized by Government.
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
  • Must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• Physical Standards:
  • No color blindness or squint.
  • Visual standards:
    • Distant vision: 6/5 (both eyes)
    • Near vision: 0/5 (both eyes)

Age Limit (as on 06-10-2025)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 35 years
• Age Relaxation (as per rules):
  • Women (General): +5 years (max 40)
  • Reserved Category (Male): +5 years (max 40)
  • Reserved Category (Female): +10 years (max 45)
  • PwD (General – Male): +10 years (max 45)

Salary

• Fixed Pay: ₹26,000/- per month for the first 5 years.
• After 5 years, regular pay scale: ₹25,500 – 81,100/- (Level-4, 7th Pay Commission).

1. Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension – 30 Marks
2. Subject-related & Application-based Questions – 120 Marks

• Duration: 3 Hours
• Negative Marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer

3. Select Advertisement No. 360/2025-26 – Finger Print Expert (Class-III) and click Apply Now.

5. Upload scanned Photograph (5 cm × 3.6 cm, max 15 KB) and Signature (2.5 cm × 7.5 cm, max 15 KB) in JPG format.
6. Confirm the application and note the Application Number.
7. Pay the examination fee online through Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallet.
8. Download and print the application form for future use.
