Eligibility Criteria (Qualification & Experience)
Educational Qualification (Post-wise):
- Engineering Degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg) in relevant discipline
- M.Sc (Chemistry) for Chemical Lab
- MBA / PG Diploma for HR & Materials
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) for Finance & Accounts
- Degree in Pharmacy with valid registration for Pharmacy
- B.Tech / MCA for IT posts
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 4 to 26 years of post-qualification executive experience depending on the post and level.
