Educational Qualification
Candidate must possess any one of the following:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Electronics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
Age Limit (as on 14.09.2025)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 27 years
- Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- Departmental candidates (with 3 years continuous service): Up to 40 years
- Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 (UR), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen & Meritorious Sportspersons: As per Govt. rules

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- Tier-I (Online Exam) – 100 Marks, 2 Hours
- General Mental Ability (25%)
- Technical Subjects as per qualification (75%)
- Negative marking: ¼ per wrong answer
- Tier-II (Skill Test) – 30 Marks (Practical/Technical in nature)
- Tier-III (Interview/Personality Test) – 20 Marks
