Eligibility Criteria, Educational Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess:
- Degree in Hotel Management and Catering obtained from National Council for Hotel Management or any recognized University established under a Central/State Act in India
OR - Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Catering Technology from a recognized Institute or University
Experience:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in any one of the following:
- As Manager Grade-II (Class-III) in the Roads & Building Department; or
- In the field of Hotel Management or Catering in Government/Local Body/Corporation/Company (established under Companies Act 2013) or a Private/Public Sector Hotel (two-star or above).
Other Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Computer applications (as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967)
- Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
