Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
As per notification requirements:
- Candidate must possess the required educational qualification as of 09/12/2025 ViewFile.
- Must have Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate OR must pass the government-approved computer exam before appointment if not available at the time of application ViewFile.
Computer Knowledge
- Candidates without computer proficiency may apply but must submit proof before appointment.
Nationality
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen or as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules 1967 provisions
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years (as on 09/12/2025) ViewFile

As per government norms:

- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years relaxation ViewFile

Salary
- Fixed Pay: ₹49,600/- per month for first five years ViewFile

- Single Phase Competitive Exam (MCQ) – CBRT/OMR Based
