Candidates must have a valid GATE score (2023, 2024, or 2025) in one of the following:
- Electronics & Communication (EC)
- Computer Science & Information Technology (CS)
Additionally, they must possess one of the following degrees from a recognized university/institute:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, OR
- M.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics with Electronics, or MCA.
