Eligibility (Education & Experience)
- Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil):
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- One-year post qualification experience in Design/Engineering/Construction/Testing & Commissioning in RE/DMS/ST/TL/S/S.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil/Electronics):
- Full-Time Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- One-year post qualification experience in Construction/Testing & Commissioning in RE/DMS/ST/TL/S/S.
- Higher technical qualifications (B.Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech) are not allowed.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years as on 17.09.2025.
- Relaxations:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (depending on category)
- Ex-Servicemen, Victims of Riots: As per Govt. of India rules .
Salary
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks (Approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA).
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 1,05,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks (Approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA) .
